Shipping Policy

Upon receiving an order, Renewed Hardware will process and ship products within One business day using a tracked service. Customers can expect to receive their shipment within Two business days from the date of dispatch.

We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the couriers. If there are any delays or changes in shipping times then we will notify customers immediately.

We will only ship items from Monday to Thursday, this is due to an increased risk to the stock when being held by couriers over the weekend. Should you require the shipment of an item on Friday for Monday delivery, then please contact us to let us know and we will be happy to arrange this.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping of all items is free to UK Mainland customers. Please refer to our shipping table for additional costs to Scottish Highlands and islands.

We ask that our customers check their shipment for damage within 24 hours of the delivery date. This will enable us to make any claim required with our courier should any damage have occurred whilst in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. We may require you to take photographs of the boxes showing the shipping label, the damaged item and to possibly make a statement with the courier.
