Directive on Consumer Rights
You do not need to give a reason to return your goods during the first 14 days from the date of delivery.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the notice of cancellation.
You are required to bear the cost of returning the goods in all circumstances and they must be received by us in the same condition as they were sold, this includes packaging and accessories.
Damage caused in transit by your chosen courier will not be the responsibility of Renewed Hardware, thus we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We can assist you with finding a suitable courier if required.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial cost of delivery, if applicable (except where you have requested a type of delivery other than our standard delivery type, such as pre-12pm or weekend deliveries).
The refund will be issued within 14 days from when you notified us of your decision to cancel, although we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of delivery.
The refund will be carried out using the same method of payment used for the original transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
You may cancel the purchase of a faulty item and return it within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
If the item includes a Renewed Hardware warranty, we may offer you either a repair or replacement instead of a refund. If you choose to accept this offer you will retain a final right to refund if the repair/replacement does not resolve your original issue.
When returning a faulty item Renewed Hardware will refund reasonable return shipping charges upon safe receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault.
The refund will be carried out using the same method of payment used for the original transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Damaged goods
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the goods. This enables us to make a claim with our courier if applicable. Further details regarding damage in transit are available on our shipping policy.
